I live in Bandung Indonesia , is married and has one daughter , the religion of Islam , as a senior medical afairs work in companies that produce biological products ,
Routine activities I was working five days a week from 7.0 hours 0 to 16.00 , the dominant activity in the office Adala update knowledge , knowledge presentation and the like . Every day of rest for 8 hours sleep , wake up in the morning I woke up three o'clock , clean the body , ablution , prayer tahajud , chanting , remembering , read a book and a little exercise before showering . Cultivated for morning prayers congregation in the mosque and 5:45 o'clock in the morning I went to the office . Regular exercise is to swim once a week and almost every day walking . I like to eat vegetables , fruits and rarely eat meat and rice , drinking mineral water without sod , a, a week to drink tea or coffee but surprisingly my weight continues to rise.
