250.8 lb.s. That 250 mark is holding on for dear life, but I think I’m about to break through! Yesterday, I found a recipe for stir fry on the web that looked good, so I thought I’d give it a try. I had already bought a bag of stir fry veggies, and I already had chicken breasts thawing in the fridge. Turned out to be delicious. The sauce was amazing. Turned out so good that I had to go against my previous decision not to eat white rice. I did constrain myself to one serving, so I’m calling it a victory! Toodles!

My day off. Kind of a lazy start to the day; felt kind of sluggish. Finally got around to my third training day for the 5K. With warmup and running, did 1.75 miles. Then had brunch. Saw this recipe in the air fryer cookbook - just basically an open-faced omelet, so I did it up in a skillet along with a turkey sausage. Tasted great though. I’m good till tonight, with maybe an apple or something in between. Keep on fighting the good fight. Toodles!

Down another pound. I think I am getting ready to go into another plateau. Of course, I would love to continue to lose a pound every couple of days, but we all know it doesn’t work like that. Well, believe it or not, I have started to train for another 5K. And why not? I’m still in relatively good health, and it’s a good incentive to continue eating right and getting into shape. It takes a lot of energy to move 250 pounds down the road, but I am not going to be that heavy forever. :) I hope everyone is doing well. As I sit here following my workout, sucking on a protein and fruit smoothie, I am seeing myself sail through that 5K like a gazelle. Toodles!

Finally back to where I started about 11 years ago, and lost 33 pounds to get there. LOL!
