I am dedicated to doing 1 hour of cardio a day. After a few days I gained 2-3 lbs. I will not let this discourage me. I am looking more toned. I have a long way to go BUT I CAN DO THIS!
186.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 61.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
