I feel like I'll be able to finally have a good weight session tonight. Looks like frost will be a daily event here now. Snow sticking, but the bbq is working well in the little alcove I built for it. That's another bonus with the pellet bbq, you don't have to worry if it's too cold for the propane to work properly. A little mellow Primus for the morning.

It's rolling back slowly. The odd thing is that the fat stores seem to be rolling off while staying approximately the same weight. Probably just a refeed glitch. Thanks.

Nice maintenance. If the pants fit better, you feel well, and the weight is the same, I figure you're going in the right direction.

My favorite part of Winter is watching it on TV from Texas.

Nice drop. My dad loved to bbq and would shovel a path to the grill in winter to get it fired up.

@Jmb. My dad owns 3 grills! Charcoal, gas and a huge smoker he welded from a barrel.

Scalewatcher3, sounds like your dad thinks like my dad did except mine just did charcoal. I've got a charcoal grill and a smoker. Can't beat smoked meat! Or smoked anything probably.

Yeah, I use a gas grill now, because I get impatient waiting for charcoal to get ashy. Smoked foods are great!

smoked foods are not very good for your health you know. dont want to be a killjoy but causes candida albicans . Free radical damage... can be dodgy especially if dieting.

If you live somewhere that it can get too cold for propane to work you need to MOVE!
Go Texas!

Jasmine, compared to ingesting the byproducts from burned propane (would you cook a hotdog on the exhaust of a car running propane?) it's not all that bad. Fried foods are bad. Fatty foods are bad (joking). Coconut oil was going to kill us, now it's a health food. I suspect all of the 'this will kill you' dogma. Okay, cigarettes. I get that.
