had dinner around 10 pm which included scrambled eggs and chicken masala and Indian flat wheat bread know as chapatti 6 of them. hogged like pig.
219.4 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week
