happy to see the weight drop over the weekend. since I had dinner at seven on Saturday night and ran 4 kms and walked 6kms on Sunday day morning, the weight dripped I guess. happy with it. the running training for marathons start now so hoping to lose weight consistently.
218.7 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week

When is your marathon scheduled? That is a great goal.

@ HCB - have to qualify for Standard Chartered Mumbai Half Marathon to be held in Jan 2016. For that have a couple of qualifiers to run. So need to shed a little bit of weight for that and get going. will be also running some half marathon just for participation between july and december 2015.
