Hugs to Everyone,

I am thrilled at the weight loss this week. I was alittle worried because I spent more of it on the go then I normally do. But I think I have found a way to have some of the things I love to eat,(like ice cream, chocolate, and chicken fettuccine alfredo) and still keep my carbs bellow 60g.
227.2 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
