I have been pit on a diabetic meal plan because my doctor was not happy with my A1C. I have been loosing a good amount of weight. My husband is worried that I am losing weight too fast. Should I be concerned?
213.6 lb Lost so far: 60.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Concerned? Not at all. At your height/weight, the pounds should be falling off quickly if you've started a new healthy diet and the calories are reasonable (1200-1500). Changing up your diet and exercise plan always gives a boost for the first month. It usually slows to 1-2 lbs./week in the second month. Keep going -- you're doing great!!
