Independence Day weekend was a weekend for freedom do eat anything. Due to this, I gained a kilo.
222.9 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 57.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 2.2 lb a week

No problem. With your walking and running, you could probably lose that kilo in 7 - 10 days.

we all let go every now and then...u will get rid of it easy enough if you make good choices.
