It has been a rough couple of weeks, with death in the family, my aunt almost died of a stoke, and a lot of Dr's and test. But I did lose weight so I am happy.
229.2 lb Lost so far: 44.8 lb.    Still to go: 54.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
