managed the weekend without alcohol but cheated on a cheat day. weight still doing down which is a good thing. slow n steady i guess.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
