So, I gained about six or seven pounds of muscle mass over the past few months, which has lead to a very obvious buildup of muscles everywhere. My biceps surpass those of my roommates, I'm actually sporting a four pack now, and I have QUADS. All in all, I'm very happy about my progression.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
