Was craving carbs yesterday and gave in so my weight is up. Not surprising. I find it really interesting watching how my body responds to foods. Back to limited carbs today and hitting the gym tonight.
137.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Is it really that small that you give in to one crave and you gain weight? How does this work in life? I am just curious? thanks

Carbs are my weakness as well' I gain weight only when I consume too many carbs:... I tried switching to whole grain instead.,,. It helps.... Just try to stay away from the white carbs.

Yesterday I not only went over my carb count of 150 grams a day, but I ate crap carbs. Over 500 calories in white, processed carbs and I ate late, at 8pm. If I stay at 150 g a day, don't eat after 7pm and stay away from cereal and sour dough bread (which is what I ate) the weight stays down. White carbs and refined sugar inflame the cells which carry more water.

It wasn't as if I had a portion of quinoa or brown rice. :)
