Weekend ruined it 😭😭😭😭😭
265.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 100.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.4 lb a week

Well, 2 days wouldn’t really cause you to gain such weight. You must have weighed yourself in ,right after having a meal which is not the appropriate time to measure your weight or This must be a result of continuous consumption of unhealthy food over weekends.

@ryu02 I’m sorry but that is really mean of you. You shouldn’t be discouraging them( @baangd ) just because you didn’t lose your will to lose weight or had different circumstances. Remember, "Whenever you feel like criticizing any one, just remember that all the people in this world haven't had the advantages that you've had.” Learn to be kind and not lose it just like your “WEIgHt”.

don't consider the weight machine all the time , coz sometime body can hold more water weight,even some meal which aren't digest etc etc or you must have gain some muscle weight 👍 who knows......and you still be losing some fats so keep track of your waist size and thighs....where men's use to hold more fat.

@ryu It’s called being “Sensitive”. There is a difference between giving “Constructive Criticism” and bashing someone in disguise of it, sounded a lot like the latter from your end. What works for you may not work for everybody else. I didn’t pass a “judgement”, it’s a published quote which I rephrased for you. I’m certainly not targeting you over @baangd, I’m asking you to practice kindness considering your comments on other journals as well. Tbh, on this journal entry, no body was addressing you either, until you decided to barge in with your “CoNsTRuCtIvE CritICisM”.

well, keep going. you will come out on top. might i suggest that you rather not focus or keto, intermitted dieting etc. and rather stick to simple calorie deficit. see the thing is, once we loose weight, we will also have to maintain it. keto or intermitted dieting are not sustainable methods as we cant follow them our whole life, can we? before success there certainly is a period of lot of failures. before i was able to have a control on my will and hunger, i failed every day for 2 months. for the last 2.5 months i have gained control and i have lost like 12 kgs in that period. i am doing nothing special and its just calorie defecit on my daily staple food that i use to eat anyway. i have done just proportion control. 1500 cals considering my height and weight and the fact that i dont do any kind of physical activity at all. hope it helps, whatever method you choose, at the end i believe that you can and you will succeed. its all in the mind game. dont pressurize yourself rather use minor incentives to motivate yourself. everytime in the beggining you are able to control your hunger for more, simply in your mind pat your back and feel good of the minor things. keep a positive attitude.
