Been eating carbs at night. Does not work for losing weight.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1446 kcal Fat: 90.58g | Prot: 96.05g | Carb: 62.47g.   Breakfast: Luna Luna Bar - Chocolate Chunk, Boiled Egg. Lunch: Salmon, Panera Bread Greek Salad (Half). Dinner: Lettuce, Daisy Sour Cream, Great Value Colby Monterey Jack Cheese, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Pan-Broiled). Snacks/Other: High Protein Meal Replacement or Supplement with Soy, Butterball Low Fat Turkey Bacon. more...

I think it mostly depends on your caloric intake. But you may do better eating more carbs in the morning than at night. Lot's of people eat carbs all day and still lose. But you have very little to lose, so weight loss may be very slow. Bob Harpers Skinny Rules has a rule about not eating carbs in the afternoon or evening. He advocates eating them in the morning. The book is interesting.
