I think my body has dropped as much weight as it is going to right now and so I need to get back into the gym. I have tried to eat less, but I end up hungry and thinking about food ALL OF THE TIME. Not worth it to me to eat less. Heading to the gym tonight. Lets see how my body responds to that.
