Back on track yesterday..... stay under 150 grams of carbs each day. Makes a huge difference.
138.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I wasn't really sure what my daily intake for carbs should be. One of my friends restricts hers to 75. I tried that, but it didn't last long. Under 150 grams sounds doable. I'm going to try it.

75 is too extreme for me, like you said, wouldn't last long for me either. I don't know if you are trying to lose weight or not (haven't looked at your profile) but I am trying to lose 15 and lost 4 in the first week just cutting back on carbs. Let me know how it goes. You should see the weight go down in just a couple of days.
