36 hours of fasting led to this morning weigh-in of 220.2. Will do alternate day fasting and will continue working out throughout March as I work from home due to the coronavirus.
220.2 lb Lost so far: 104.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
