Finally broke 135. Worked out 5 times last week, and worked out hard. The more I focus on food, the worse I eat. Focusing on my workouts, I eat better if I have put work into it. Hopefully this will push me past the plateau.
134.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
