Suck at 135. Going to kick up the workouts. I know the treats are killing me too, but just so hard to eat clean. I don't like feeling hungry all the time.

High carb diets tend to leave ppl feeling hungry all the time as your insulin (the fat storing hormone) is spiking all the time. With low carb eating many ppl have to force themselves to eat because the appetite is very much dissipated and blood sugar levels are extremely STABLE. The initial few days of discomfort of transitioning to low carb is challenging but so WORTH it!
