Geez, past up ice cream and cake last night. Surprised I was up a pound. I know not a big deal. Just hard to east clean and workout and not see results.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You were up a pound. Probably just water weight. If you aren't seeing results you need to excerise more or check your diet

If you weigh daily, you need to expect the daily fluctuations of water weight. Maybe you just had too much sodium yesterday. It could be hormones, sore muscles from exercise, stress, medications, sickness, lack of sleep, etc. So many things effect the scale. Google "why the scale lies" for insight. Also notice how your clothes are fitting. The scale is only one way to measure weight loss.

Have you ever thought of reducing your carbs a bit?

I am actually trying....it is a lot harder than I thought. I am not eating any bread, but I noticed oatmeal, bananas...have a lot of carbs. Eating lots of meat doesn't appeal to me. Eating low fat turkey bacon right now. Any meal suggestions?

Yup. It takes a bit of adjusting but having a carb goal is a good starting point. In the week I aim for +- 30 net carbs and on the weekends I tend to go a little higher. For breakfasts I enjoy coconut bread or flax meal muffins, sometimes a little bit of Greek yoghurt with cinnamon (NO honey) - all depends how I feel. I aim for 50g protein which is fine for me, I don't like a lot of meat either. I am a bit of a veggie freak and go for the lower carb veggies. Forgot to mention I also detest anything low fat or fat free. With these products they take out all the goodness (the fat which our bodies and brains need) and pump it full of chemicals and additives to make it "taste better" . Not good.

Thanks for the comments and link. I don't know how you eat so little? I drink a ton of water to help with cravings but even to eat only 1,300 - 1,500 is hard. How do you do it and jog like you do?

I eat more carbs on high workout day and less on non workout. Theri not bad you you just need to know when to flucuate them as you workout
