I have been eating keto for one month. I have lost 6 pounds. I did a lot of research on the things I should be eating. I don’t think I have been getting enough fat and too much protein. I am upping my fat for a couple of weeks to see if it makes a difference.
194.3 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck. I also started Keto at beginning of month. I lost 20 but that is really water weight. I also had to make sure I got my fat higher. Been adding heavy whipping cream to my coffee in the morning and use it in my scrambled eggs or on my berries. It helped me get the fat up as well.

Make sure your carbs are low. It looks like you may be going over too much! Plan your food around your main protein of the meal. Limit snacking!

I highly recommend tracking everything that you eat in FatSecret, even if just for a few weeks. Then you will know for sure and not have to guess in this area. Just upping the fat may work but you are adding calories too so without that information if it doesn't have the effect you want you might not be able to know the reason. I'm pretty sure we are all bad estimators. Whether you are targeting carbs, calories, macros (or ideally all of them) you will have far more information at your disposal which will empower you to make the best decisions possible and to get the best results possible. This is even more important with this type of deal since it can take weeks to be able to evaluate a change you make today. Little things like this can really help you set yourself up for success in the midst of a things which seems like it's always trying to derail you. This has been my experience, once I started tracking and started making decisions based on actual data I found out how poor of a job I had been doing with my guesses and as a result have had the best results I've ever had, by a long shot. And I'm talking the whole package here, not just weight loss but mentally as well (the most important thing in my estimation), far easier to have confidence in the plan when I don't have to continually question if I'm doing it right. This removed that doubt which was huge for me (currently on the 90th straight day of keto + 16/8 intermittent fasting, 1800 calorie average, 68-70% calories from fat. No way I would be hitting this without tracking). I would overeat without it for sure. The result being that my weight is lower than I've been in forever, passed my goal and still going.
