This makes me very happy. Just over a week ago I caught myself emotional eating. My best friend is moving away. despite the overload of carbs I am still loosing weight.
222.2 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Actually I focus more on limiting my carbs, increasing proteins and moderation of fats. Which I did not do for like 3 days. LOL
