rhard weekend with food and did not work out. eating out with multiple friends got me of track. got the f its and bought ice cream. up two pounds. today is a new day. trying not to beat myself up but eating like that makes me feel so gross.
135.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
