worked my ass of this weekend. double workout sunday. but ate like i use to. way over ate...pizza on fri, icecream...way too much. bbq sunday and way way over ate. felt so sick. hopefully weight will go down again tomorrow.
135.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
