Getting tired of working so hard and the weight not dropping. Worked out twice Sat and then burned 700 calories on Sunday. Need to stop eating after 7pm. Frustrating. been at this for 4 weeks, no weight drop!!

May I make a friendly suggestion? Your macronutrients are a little unbalanced. If you watch the circular pie chart at the bottom of your food diary you will see that your fat % is high and your proteins % is quite low. You may want to try switching it around: Carbs 40-45%, protien 30-35% and fats 25% or less. Try for sodium under 2500 and fiber above 25, and drink two liters of water daily. I wish you luck - don't give up!
