busy day, didnt eat muvh. came home to a lazy, dirty house. went to bed without dinner. i am sure my weight will bounce back up tomorrow.
135.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
