11% carb 70% fat 19% protein, over on calories. I seem to get the ratios pretty right on but go over calories a lot. Some people say the calories don't matter but the years of conditioning cause me to continue to watch them. My weight was up a little this morning but I had a few beers Saturday celebrating and then ate the first fruit I've had in months celebrating my birthday at my daughter's house. Fruit (melon) butter than cake & ice cream!
I feel proud of making good decisions. The beers were Michelob Ultras which are low carb.

If you drink alcohol, your body will burn that instead of the food, and the food goes to fat, because the liver cant process them both.
