Well I lost another 5 lbs, so although it isn't dramatic at least it is a loss and it does make this day great as it is my birthday today. I do wish I had something really cool to talk about but my life is not all that exciting. I miss having Thor to walk or even be able to see him. I miss my new friends as they moved so quickly that it is like misplacing something that you just know is around somewhere but it is eluding me. Summer has finally arrived and today is blue sky no clouds which is nice since the past few days was gray and at times wet. I hope my buddies are having a wonderful day. :)

Happy Birthday, what a great gift..5 lbs...Not very exciting today for me with a loss this morning of 0.2 lbs... but got out in the sunshine for a great power walk for 1 hour... I feel better already... :)

Happy belated BirthdaY! 5 lbs. is awesome! We have been having a lot of clouds and rain too but I am not complaining.....it could be snowing! I feel so bad about Thor and your friends. Hope you have a good 4th.
