I had a great week going on... until my wife bought candies for Halloween... Let's say that we will have to go back to the store and get some more 'cuz we gave them a bit of a thrashing.

Other than that, things are going well. I went back to the pool and was able to swim 30 laps in a bit under half an hour. That's less than I used to be able to do last spring but considering that I've been away from the pool for more than 4 months, I put that in the win column! And the scale went (almost) back to my record low of 188.5. Yay me!
