Same weight for 3 weigh-ins in a row — a week and a half. Not sure if I trust the scale any more :-).
Judging by my daily calorie deficits for the last week and a half, about -9000, I should be down 2.5 pounds since the first 194.5 weigh-in. Too much salt?
Hmmm. This is my first protracted "plateau." Will redouble my efforts.

I wouldn't worry too much, if you're feeling lighter the weight will plop off as well. Sometimes it's just stubborn.

Just keep plugging away. You may be losing fat, even though the scale isn't moving. I had a friend go down a few sizes sizes while the scale stayed the same.

Sometimes that happens. Keep doing what you are doing and the loss will start again. Sometimes our bodies have to adjust.

Dont get discouraged. I have been the same weight for a month, even with diet and increase of Thyroid meds. It can drive you crazy if you let it, but keep it up!
