Hey... I happy when it doesn't go up. I can live with that as long as next week's weigh in comes down in any sort of way, lol
Hope the weekend is kind to everyone, and think I should include myself in that, lol... the weekends are always tough for me.
Cheat day tomorrow for me but not much in the house to even cheat with so probably won't get away with too much. For me it works having one day a week to not be so strict and I sleep so good on those nights and am ready to tackle another week without beating myself silly for not sticking to what I had planned.

161.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
