Weighting in after a 10km jogging, always a good idea to have a nice surprise. Wasn't a 100% on plan, but did good on checking portion size and wasn't too bad about not having too much sweets...
201.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
