Took care not to eat too much crap over the weekend. Now that we are in the think of it, Cutting the carbs, and trying IF 16/8 or 18/6 for the next couple days!

201.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
