I'll write reasonably well because I did 100% for a few days, did reasonably well for a couple and poorly for a few, so I was all over the board this week. That probably explains de results.

I'm hanging there, and will do better next week!

What are you doing differently this week?

@Osha, just sticking to the plan! 😁 IF between 18:6 and 20:4, drinking lots of water (aiming for 2 to 2.5 liters a day), cutting carbs (especially sweets and bread), and staying away from alcohol. Should see aime results pretty quickly.

Now let's try and stick to it! I also jog three times a week, about 5 km each times (a bit under 30 minutes).
