Had a pretty good week even though I had somewhat of a binging day on Monday (I was sick with a cold and just too hungry, so I ate all day). For the rest, well, almost a pound down, yay!
188.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you Moufette. I am, indeed, feeling way better, I went hiking all weekend (28 km in 2 days, with camping at night). :o)
