Did more than reasonably well, but not a 100% so I'm putting the next best. Did very well this week-end, no booze at all (that's very rare for me, and it's 'cuz I'm going for a full 30 days without alcohol), and just a small piece of desert on Saturday evening. I don't know where this weight comes from. I was expecting better results after a week-end like that but heh? what can you do. I'll keep the long term and my goals in sight. No sweets, no alcohol, and cutting on the bread as much as I can (I love bread so much, there is no way I can totally cut it from my diet, so I'm keeping the option to eat some when it really pleases me. :o)
