I wanted a final weigh in for January, it was a pretty epic month. Down 18 lbs for the month, something that has never happened to me before. Of course a lot of it was water weight from the holidays. I almost died when I saw how much weight I had put back on but getting back to calorie counting and getting active has worked like a charm is getting me closerto where I was, and where I want to be.
Life hasn't stopped being stressful. Anxiety was the reason I fell off the Wagon before and eventually I realized I was just gaining weight, and really not getting any relief from the stress in exchange. Food doesn't solve problems, and as stressful as things have gotten it has served me well to remember that. Unless hunger is the problem, food is not the answer.
I did well on my pharm exam, 97%. Can't complain about that. Looking forward to having this weekend off and spending time with the family.

Congratulations!! I just joined this website. I think it's wonderful how you stated that 'food doesn't solve problems. unless hunger is the problem, food is not the answer' I think a lot of us that have a problem controlling our weight tend to eat when we are stressed or bored.
