Thanks Draglist. I'm finally getting back on track. I'm pretty much off of the pain meds and able to walk a bit now. Pain and lethargy brought on by my meds kept me fairly torpid for quite a while. If all goes well, I'll be back to my goal weight by the 2nd week of January. We'll see. Unfortunately, I've learned the harsh reality that you don't bounce back so well after you turn 60. But, one just have to keep fighting the good fight. Its a little easier this time because my wife is eating low carb, low cal also, so there aren't a lot of tempting goodies in the house. I do most of my FS updating on my phone and I'm seldom on the computer anymore, so I don't get to see or respond to updates often. But I continue to hope that all is going well for you and I wish you continued success.
