It's that time again. I can't believe all that has happened since the last time I logged in. My job has become very stressing for me. Also my marriage hit very rough patches. This has caused me to turn to food for comfort. I hate how I've become. It's time for me to aim small and lose one pound a week. I can do this! :)
144.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
