Good Morning, FS Warriors! Well, restraint has paid off thus far this week: I love this: "You lost 6.0 lb (2.4 %) since you last weighed in on Tuesday 26 May 15. At that rate it will take you about 4 weeks to get to your goal weight." It's only going to take me a month to lose 75 pounds! Yay! Another 10 pounds and I may have to resort back to running. I know, sounds drastic, but I like running; just have to be careful not to get burned out on it. I don't think I'll be running for 2 or 3 hours at a time anymore. The benefit doesn't outweigh the cost. 30 to 45 minutes every other day ought to be great, with maybe walking or swimming in between. I'm starting to think ahead as the choo choo starts up the track. . . I think I can . . . I think I can . . . I think I can . . . I know I can. Haha; diet till you die! Yes, I hate the word diet as well; but the fact of the matter is, genetics and age are working against me, and I'll never be able to go back to eating like I used to. I burned a lot of calories in the service, and I imagine I had a lot more muscle that burned fuel more efficiently. Some settling of contents has occurred during shipping. So, it's all about a manageable eating plan, with limited indulgences along the way - forever.. Have a great day and a wonderful weekend! Toodles!

Good for you!!! Wish I could still run, it used to feel good. Messed that tangling with a horse and a steel rod through my knee says no running.
