Dropped 2.8 pounds this week as I get a handle on my doctor recommended low protein diet. Lots of exercise and added BCAAs to help prevent muscle wasting from the lack of dietary protein. I'll keep fine-tuning it, as I've never tried to limit protein intake before. High protein, low-carb has always been my trusted way to cut weight and build muscle in the past, so this is all new to me. However, so far, so good.
191.4 lb Lost so far: 138.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
