I'm drinking my daily dose of water which seems to be flushing me out. Now to start back enjoying my workouts. I hoping for warmer walking weather soon.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
