That's what I try to remind myself. Weight does go up and down naturally anyways. It's quite normal. I usually gain 5 pounds at the end of the day and lose it in the morning. So good job for recognizing that it happens and being okay with it, because honestly I don't think I could (:

Normally wouldn't bother a person, but when you've gone into the next decade and go back up, it plucks a nerve, to be sure.
