The scale has been all over the place this week. Rose from 208.2 to as high as 212 one morning. However, here we are on weigh-in day and it is down by a tiny fraction for the week. A I say (and truly believe), if I'm not gaining fat, I'm succeeding and if I'm losing fat, I'm really winning. A wise person once said "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step". As long as I continue moving forward and not losing ground, I will eventually get where I want to be! I am excited, happy, motivated and so very pleased about my results to date. I put on a pair of pants with a 34" waist the other day. They're too tight to wear, quite yet, but I did get them on, buttoned & zipped! I know that they'll be on my hide, out in public in no time. Since my ultimate goal is a 32" waist, I'm getting so close that I can taste it. (Pun Intended!)
208.0 lb Lost so far: 122.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
