I am THANKFULL to be down a lb. AFTER Thanksgiving.HAPPY actual THANKSGIVING everyone!

180.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb. Still to go: 55.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 3.5 lb a week
