I'm kind ofblue to. Had real bad low blood sugar Friday. Though I was going to go down. When I checked my blood it was not bad butblood pressure was 99 over 60. I felt bad all day. We are having heat 100+ here in Clearlake. Staying in . Have lots of work to catch. up on. Everyone stay chilled.

unplug, for sure. if it's the site, i stay off of it, if it is the horrible news we are hearing across the country, i take a news diet for a day or so ... hope you can recharge!
