It takes so long to see anything come off but following this new plan maybe it will kick it up a knotch. Excited I would Like to be in the 120's by my birthday!!!
137.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
