WOW! What a weekend. My weight is up, I ate everything but the kitchen sink. I had an enjoyable weekend with family, now I must undo the mindless eating that I did over the past three days. Oh well, as I have said in the past...no looking back, I'm moving from this day forward. Watch me work! Be Well Everyone!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
