I'll be changing up my diet for the next two months. I have some thing I want to work on with food and not medications and supplements at least, not a lot of them. :)
160.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1189 kcal Fat: 93.13g | Prot: 47.60g | Carb: 57.66g.   Breakfast: Now Foods MCT Oil, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Hershey's Natural Unsweetened Cocoa, Kroger Heavy Whipping Cream, Aquafina Water (16.9 oz), Lemon Juice. Lunch: Bragg Liquid Aminos, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cooked Carrots (from Fresh), Cooked Celery, Green Giant Hass Avocado, Boiled Egg. Dinner: Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Tyson Foods All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts. Snacks/Other: Celery Juice. more...
